Troubleshooting IMAP Configuration Errors

I'm trying to configure my IMAP Client and I received the following error, "Your IMAP server wishes to alert you to the following: Web login required (Failure)".  The VCU IT Support Center said my eID password isn't locked, what do I do?

Go to: https://www.google.com/a/mymail.vcu.edu/UnlockCaptcha

Username is your VCU eID

Password is your eID password

Select the button to Unlock
