NOC VPN Support

The VCU Computer Center Network Operations Center provides support for the Cisco AnyConnect VPN client.  The NOC also interfaces with VCU Technology Services Network Services when VPN issues and requests need to be escalated to network administrators.

VPN Requests:   A  Service Desk Ticket must be placed for all VPN requests by calling 828-2227 or visiting https://servicedesk.vcu.edu
