Faculty and Staff are able to access the Training Services Portal to complete self-paced training resources on a variety of Canvas topics. You also have access to live trainings and webinars.
1. In the Canvas Global Navigation menu, located on the left-hand side, click the Help link.

2. Click the Training Services Portal link.

3. To use the Training Services Portal, you must authorize Canvas to have access to your account.

4. Optional: You can start with the Canvas Training Portal Tutorial.
View the Training Offerings: There is a listing of all trainings available for registration (includes learning pathways, live trainings, courses and videos).

Filtering Training Tiles:
Select “Tags” and view an alphabetized list of terms related to the Instructure Products to help find the training topic you are looking for.

Choose a Training Experience:
Select the “Filter By” link and choose your training experience. Options include:

Live webinar trainings (for those with subscription training access)
-
Courses
-
Videos which are listed under courses
-
Programs which are Learning Pathways. Learning Pathways are multiple courses related to a theme.

As you scroll down the Learning Library, notice each row is organized by training content type: Learning Pathways, Courses, Videos or Live Trainings. Use the arrow to the right to view more titles in that row.

If you have Subscription Training Access, you can register for live trainings by selecting “Enroll” and clicking “Register” on the preferred date/time.

After registering for a webinar training, an email confirmation is delivered along with a Google/Outlook calendar invite. This email includes a link to access the live webinar training.
