LANDESK Service Desk is an ITIL-aligned, process driven, Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) system.

There are two user roles in LANDESK Service Desk: Analyst and End User.

Analyst: all IT support technicians whose departments are using Service Desk.

End User: all other VCU users (faculty, staff, students, affiliates) who are not IT support technicians, or whose departments are not using Service Desk for ITSM.
