How do I confirm that I have access to the VCU QuestionPro Academic site?
If you set up an account with your eid@vcu.edu account through the QuestionPro website, you may not be accessing the VCU QuestionPro Academic Site. Log in to QuestionPro and scroll down to the bottom of the home screen. If you have access to the VCU Academic Site, you will see "University Site User" beside the QuestionPro copyright. If you see and ad to upgrade your QuestionPro, you do not have access to the VCU QuestionPro site and do not have access to all the features.
To gain access to the VCU QuestionPro Academic Site:
- Log in to QuestionPro.
- Click on "Help" at the top right corner of the screen and initiate a Chat session.
- Identify yourself by name and provide your VCU email address.
- Inform the tech that you do not have access the the Virginia Commonwealth University Academic QuestionPro Site. Ask to upgrade your account to academic status so the you may access the "Virginia Commonwealth University Academic QuestionPro Site." Ask the tech to check the database to confirm that you have access to the VCU site.
- Go to your browser and clear all cookies and cache.
- Wait until you get a email confirmation from QuestionPro that your status has been changed.
- Login to your VCU email account to establish your authentication.
- Login to QuestionPro and scroll to the bottom of the homepage. You should see "University Site User" at the bottom of the QuestionPro homepage.
If you established a QuestionPro account with a non-VCU email, you will need to create an account with your VCU email. Go to First-time User QuestionPro Access and follow the instructions provided.
