If you’re having trouble with Zoom, there are numerous options for getting help:
Open a Zoom Support Chat Session
Log into your account at vcu.zoom.us and check the lower right corner of the screen for the “Open Support Chat” icon.
This option is available to you 24/7 as a Zoom subscriber.
Enter A Support Ticket with Zoom
Use the form provided on the Zoom Support site to enter a ticket with your contact information and a description of the issue you’re experiencing. A Zoom support rep will follow up with you to resolve the issue.
Enter A Support Ticket with VCU Technology Services
Visit itsupport.vcu.edu and create a ticket under “Collaboration and Communication > Web Conferencing > Zoom”. Your issue will be addressed by a member of the Technology Services Zoom team.
