Dear Colleague,

Occassionally the IT admin needs to test our business continuity plan by periodically testing our back up facilities. The anual yearly testing starts this week and we need to audit our check off list of pre-request and to confirm that you can login to the backup mail system.

Our back up facility will be able to monitor as your login to the back up.

Again, thank you for your support is this critical participation.
