*Tuition and fees are subject to change. Visit VCU Student Accounting for tuition and fee details. Parking, room and board, and meal plans are not included in tuition.

We bill students in mid-August, about two weeks after class registration. Payment is due three weeks later. It can be paid in full or in installments.

$107,120 was awarded in scholarships in 2018. Brandcenter scholarships range from $500 to $10,000. We offer scholarships for both our first-year incoming students, as well as our 2nd year students.

Priority consideration for scholarships will be given for applicants who apply by February 1 along with their application for admission. Applicants will receive a link to apply for scholarships after submitting their application for admission.

Financial aid

All federal financial aid applicants must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid each year, VCU's school code for the FAFSA is 003735.

Brandcenter applicants should submit the FAFSA as soon as possible, even if your admission status is undetermined. Late FAFSA submission could result in paying tuition out of pocket and waiting for a reimbursement check once the financial aid process is complete.

For details about other financial aid options, including grants and loans, visit VCU Financial Aid.
