Teams exist to produce results. Some teams get results, but burn their team members out and end up starting all over again, repeatedly. Other teams offer a congenial and friendly environment, but don’t know how to hold each other accountable for performance. As a leader, you want both: productivity (results) and positivity (optimal collaboration). Especially in these challenging times, it’s essential to understand your team’s strengths and what’s getting in your way.
The Leading and Developing Your Team session will give you the opportunity to take a step back and gain new lenses for seeing your team. Prior to the session, participants will take the Team Diagnostic Assessment Team Leader View (TLV). During the session, participants will receive their results and develop an understanding of their team’s profile, including productivity attributes (e.g., Decision-Making, Accountability) and culture attributes (e.g., Trust, Constructive Interaction, Respect). Our interactive format will provide the opportunity to interact with other leaders to share your challenges and your wisdom when it comes to making a team more effective.
Fees: $250 due in full at registration. Cost includes all material, assessment, custom report, and access to online learning software.
CEU Information: For those seeking CEU credits, successful completion of this course will result in .3 CEU credits.
