Anxiety Clinic

The Anxiety Clinic offers psychological treatments (talk therapies) and in-depth assessment of psychological functioning for children, adolescents, and adults with a wide variety of anxiety and related disorders, including panic disorder and panic attacks, social anxiety and social phobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

The Anxiety Clinic also offers cognitive-behavioral group therapy. Members learn about anxiety and learn and practice specific coping skills.

The Anxiety Clinic at VCU's Center for Psychological Services and Development is co-directed by Dr. Scott Vrana and Dr. Michael Southam-Gerow, two faculty members in the Department of Psychology at VCU.
