VCU recognizes that employees may find themselves in a situation where reporting a concern to supervisors or a central office is uncomfortable or inappropriate. For this reason, the university has selected Convercent to provide an anonymous and confidential method to hear your suggestions, concerns or report of potential misconduct.
The information you provide will be sent by Convercent to VCU’s Integrity and Compliance Office. Although you are not required to reveal any identifying information, please understand that it may be difficult for the university to pursue certain reports if you choose to remain anonymous.
For more information, visit the Confidential Ethics and Compliance Helpline website. You can also call Convercent directly:
- From the U.S., Guam, Puerto Rico or Canada: (888) 242-6022
- From Qatar: Dial an operator and ask them to place a collect call to the U.S. at (503) 748-0867. When asked who is placing the call, say “Virginia Commonwealth University” rather than your own name. All calls will be accepted.
- From other countries: Choose your country from the dropdown list for specific dialing instructions. When dialing internationally please ensure you are using the appropriate exit and country codes specific to your location and where you are dialing.
