VCU Facilities Management (FMD) offers a variety of services related to facility maintenance, construction and renovation, parking and transportation, planning and design, space management, and sustainability on the Monroe Park Campus and the MCV Campus.

Staff, faculty, students and affiliates should report emergency maintenance issues—issues that require an immediate response to avoid potential injury or illness to building tenants and/or damage to university property—to the Physical Plant Customer Service by calling (804) 828-9444.

Individuals with an active VCU eID can submit non-emergency maintenance requests via the Facilities Self Service. Once a request is submitted, the requesting individual will receive automatically-generated work status email updates. The individual will also receive and is encouraged to complete a customer satisfaction survey once the work is completed.
