A key component to motivating and retaining good employees is recognition. Recognition can take the form of a memorandum, email or handwritten note, or a more public announcement of a job well done. VCU offers a variety of reward and recognition programs for employees. Current employees and managers can log into insidehr.vcu.edu for guidelines and related forms for recognizing Classified employees and University and Academic Professionals.
