What happens the day I come in for the comprehensive visit?

During your comprehensive visit, you can expect to be evaluated and treated by a team that includes:

Patients will also be made aware of any research opportunities that may be offered at our center. These are optional but may aid in future care of current and future patients living with bleeding or clotting disorders.

How long does a comprehensive visit take? 

Due to the fact that you will be seen by our entire team, patients can plan on comprehensive visits taking approximately 4 hours.

Pediatric Patients:

Valet and self-parking options are located at 1000 E. Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23219. Self Parking is free with a validated ticket, which can be acquired at the information desk in the Skylobby.

Adult Patients:

Valet parking is located at 1300 E. Marshall Street, Richmond, VA 23298.
