The Office of Organizational Assessment and Transformation works with diversity and inclusion subject matter experts to collect, analyze and communicate institutional data and other information to a wide variety of constituents throughout VCU.
Working as a proxy to VCU Institutional Research and Decision Support, we provide academic and administrative units high-value statistical analysis, forecasting and predictive models to support the planning of specific initiatives. We focus on evaluating how diversity and inclusion makes us better, what our deficit areas are and how we can improve them.
