Each week we'll feature and offer a variety of ways for YOU to connect and move! Join a member of our Fitness & Wellness Team for a virtual fitness class!  

We will be using Zoom as our platform for delivery. Each program instance has a unique Zoom link. Zoom links are imbedded in registration confirmations (emailed upon successful registration).
