Fitness On Demand™ classes are scheduled on various days and times to accommodate your busy schedules.
Registration for each class opens 24 hours in advance and closes 30 minutes prior to the class. Registration is required for facility access. Click on the class titles in the chart below to register for the class.
FLEX, by Fitness on Demand™, is another way to get fit and stay active. FLEX features the same fitness videos available via our in-studio Fitness on Demand™ system, but this platform allows you to stream wherever you go. Available workouts include yoga, cycling, kickboxing, HIIT, dance, and much, much more. Complete the FLEX registration form for your free FLEX membership.
