Yoga for Every BODY
Tuesday, February 23 7:45-8:30 a.m. and 5:15-6:00 p.m.
This mindful and restorative practice will allow students to draw their attention inward, focusing on the amazing things our bodies are capable of. Students of all levels are invited. Register for Yoga for Every Body.
Project Positive | Loving-Kindness Meditation
Thursday, February 25, 12:00 p.m.
Every Thursday at noon, The Well offers a virtual, 30 minute, group guided meditation session. Join us this week for a special Project Positive edition of weekly meditation. The Well will offer a loving kindness meditation, a type of meditation shown to be a healing form of self-care that focuses on building compassion for yourself and others. This meditation will be suitable for all levels of practice. Register for Live Guided Meditation.
