Networks Services has scheduled an upgrade to resolve random disconnects that are being experienced. This upgrade will include ALL buildings, other than dorms, on both campuses.
To resolve these issues, they will perform a software upgrade on Access Points starting at 3:00 AM 12/1/2020 and finishing by 6:00 AM. During this upgrade, each AP will be down for approximately 10 mins. The upgrade process will happen in a rolling method so a group of APs will be upgraded at a time vs. all at one time.
