All of our surgeons are board certified or eligible by the American or European boards of urology and represent subspecialty interests that include urologic oncology, robotic surgery, male infertility, andrology, reconstructive surgery, pediatric urology, neurourology, and pelvic reconstructive surgery.

Our faculty are actively involved in state-of-the-art clinical and basic science research projects, and our research has been published in numerous peer-reviewed publications. We also work directly with two laboratories investigating bladder smooth muscle physiology and urologic tissue engineering.

Professor of Urology and Director of the Urosurgical Prostate Cancer Program at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. He Dr. Davis received his BS in Biology at Davidson College in North Carolina in 1990, and his Medical Degree at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, and served his residency training at Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine in Norfolk.
Dr. Davis completed a clinical fellowship in Urologic Oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, and a fellowship in Laparoscopic Urology at Charité Hospital, Berlin, Germany.

Dr. Kim is Chief of Urology at Denver Health Medical Center and Professor of Surgery/Urology and Medical Director of Minimally Invasive Urological Oncology at University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center.
ryanterleckimd [View Image]A urologist at Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Dr. Terlecki's specialty areas include urologic reconstruction, infertility, and men’s and women’s sexual health. He is the Director of the Men's Health Clinic, Director of Medical Student Education, and Fellowship Director for Reconstructive Urology.
Dr. Terlecki's publications cover multiple areas of trauma and reconstruction, and his research focuses primarily on models of wound healing and regeneration in the lower genitourinary system. He completed two separate fellowships in reconstructive surgery following residency, and is a member of the Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgeons (GURS). Dr. Terlecki’s areas of expertise include urethral stricture disease, male sexual dysfunction, male incontinence, Peyronie's disease, chronic testicular pain, hypogonadism, and infertility.
peterwiklundmdphd [View Image]Dr. Wiklund is Professor of Urology, Department of Urology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and Director of the Bladder Cancer Program of the Mount Sinai Health System. Prior to his appointment at Mount Sinai, Dr. Wiklund was Chair, Urology and Molecular Medicine and Surgery, and Professor, Urology, at the Karolinska Instutet, Stockholm, Sweden.
Dr. Wiklund has the largest experience with robot-assisted cystectomy with totally intracorporeal neobladder in the world. He pioneered this procedure in 2003 and subsequently built the leading cystectomy program at Karolinska Institute. Dr. Wiklund has performed more than 3,000 robotic operations and has extensive experience in advanced pelvic oncological surgery in patients where the tumor is growing on several pelvic organs (multi-organ tumor, bladder, prostate, colorectal, ovarian, and uterine).
Peter Wiklund, MD, PhD, a world-renowned surgeon who pioneered robot-assisted cystectomy, has been appointed Director of the Bladder Cancer Program at the Mount Sinai Health System and Professor of Urology in the Department of Urology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. His new role will begin immediately.
