Mia focuses on promoting positive mental health among students by educating on topics such as resilience, stress and self-care and mindfulness. Mia also coordinates The Well's Resilience Lab, leads weekly meditation, and works grow a more mindful culture at VCU.

Keyuna provides education to our students on topics related to sexual health. She oversees The Well's big events, our newsletter, and the Condom Concierge program. She also coordinates the BASICS/CASICS program.

Our Student Media Specialists help bring you the Stall Seat Journal each month. Our alum Graphic Designer expertly designs your favorite potty publication!

Trisha provides support to The Well's team and is responsible for the coordination and assessment of all The Well's programs. Trisha also coordinates the PHE program and focuses on outreach to the students on the MCV Campus.
