Resilience LabBook appointment
We are currently working to provide Weekly Group Meditation and individual Resilience Lab appointments in an online format via Zoom. Please check the Resilience Lab Calendar to make an appointment online.
Sometimes, the stressors we experience can be tough to manage. The Resilience Lab helps us learn to tune into our bodies to turn off our stress response when it’s not serving us. We use software and technology from HeartMath to help teach resilience and practice ways to calm the body’s response to stress.
Resilience Lab Appointments
All students can schedule a Zoom appointment in our Virtual Resilience Lab with our staff.
Each Wednesday at 2:30 p.m., join us through Zoom in our Virtual Resilience Lab for a 20-minute guided meditation. View the Resilience Lab calendar for more details on how to join the meditation.
