If you were vaccinated in Virginia, you can visit vaccinate.virginia.gov to obtain your vaccination record with QR code, which can then be saved to a phone gallery, printed on paper or stored in a compatible account.
Knowing when to report symptoms can seem confusing. The bottom line is that everyone at VCU, even those in our community who are vaccinated, should report their symptoms to the call center 804-MY-COVID. This number connects you to University Student Health Services, and this is where you get the guidance about next steps, including whether or not you should get tested and/or isolate or quarantine. Reporting your symptoms also gets you connected to the services you may need if you do need to quarantine or if you test positive and need to isolate.
