Blackboard Mobile Apps

Blackboard has been working on changes to the current Mobile Learn app, which includes new persona-based apps -- the Blackboard App [for students] and the Blackboard Instructor App. These apps provide access to a new and improved mobile experience, featuring streamlined workflows, a modern user interface, and features critical to everyday needs.

The Blackboard App is already available, so please encourage your students to download this new version.
The first release of the Blackboard Instructor app, scheduled for July 2017, will include the ability for instructors to preview course content, tests, and assignments, participate in discussions, create announcements and join Collaborate sessions.
Blackboard Instructor will contain some of the same functionality that Mobile Learn had, but will focus on the workflows most important to instructors. More information about this will be posted as it becomes available.

*Note: The former Bb Mobile app will no longer be available or supported after August 1st.
