Requests may be submitted for access to ImageNow records.
FOIA related requests:
Freedom of Information Act requests for data, that may be contained in VCU ImageNow records, must be forwarded to University Public Affairs for review and approval. They will coordinate any request with involved departments. For more information, please visit: go.vcu.edu/foia
Investigative requests:
Access to ImageNow records is determined by the data owners/custodians. Investigative access requests are handled on a case by case basis. Exceptions should be submitted to the Technology Services CIO or Director of Application Services for review and approval.
