VCU Virtual Chat and Information Sessions



    VCU has cancelled all on-campus and off-campus events scheduled between Saturday, March 14 and Monday, August 31.

    The ongoing and expanding threats related to COVID-19 (coronavirus) prompted this decision. Though we’re disappointed that we will not be hosting you during this time, we know this decision is the right one. Your safety and health are of most importance to us. We look forward to hosting you in the future. 

    In the meantime, visit with us virtually either through our chat sessions or virtual information sessions.

    Our chat sessions will be a time for you to ask questions of an admissions counselor in an informal group setting. Chat sessions for accepted students will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

    Our virtual information sessions will be held Monday through Friday at 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. for prospective students and on Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. for Spanish speaking prospective students and their families. These information sessions will be formal presentations providing overviews of the university and the steps of the application process for prospective students.
