Building access for the Monroe Park Campus can be requested by a professor, building manager, or supervisor - students can NOT request building access. To request access, submit a IT Support Request via the Technology Services Cherwell ticket system, located at itsupport.vcu.edu. You can login with your VCU eID and password.
VCU Health building access can be requested by contacting the Safety & Security office at (804) 828-4300.
Building managers may request temporary or permanent changes to a building's normal door schedule. For a schedule change, building managers may submit a ticket through itsupport.vcu.edu by logging in with their VCU eID and password. Please allow two business days to complete the request.
VCU mandated schedule changes, such as inclement weather and emergency closings announced by the University, are automatic and supersede any request.
You will need to contact your Residential Assistant, Administrative or Security Office in your building for access. Dorm Access includes all Residential Halls on both the Monroe Park and MCV Campuses. Please contact Residential Life & Housing for dorm related issues.
