Understanding Your Strengths

As a result of this training, participants will walk away with:

• An understanding of how top strengths/talents work together and make you unique
• Ideas about how strengths might show up in team dynamics
• Action items for how participants can use their strengths in their current role

Each participant will be required to take the StrengthsFinder assessment which can be found online through Gallup, using the unique code in the StrengthsFinder book. The assessment takes approximately 25 minutes to complete and should be taken in 1 sitting. Participants should answer the questions from a professional position, not personal.

Time: 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Location: This class will be offered virtually, via Zoom, in real time to meet social distancing requirements. 

Fees: $60 due in full at registration. Cost includes the Gallup Strengths Assessment, all materials and access to online learning software.
