Files must be downloaded to your team’s project page in EduSourced. Please refer to this page for requirements and templates used to present your project. Requirements files are presented for download in PDF format. Templates are available for download in PPTX format, used with Microsoft Office PowerPoint. If you have any issues downloading or using any of the files here, please contact EngrMktComm@vcu.
Electronic posters, abstracts and presentations are due in EduSourced no later that 12 noon on Friday, April 15, 2022. You must also submit your files to our Google Form
Example: the file format for the abstract for CLSE 201 would read CLSE201_Final_Abstract.docx
Teams should seek the approval of their faculty advisor for all documents before loading into EduSourced. Documents must be shared with sponsors before submission–especially industrial sponsors with whom an NDA may be in place. Teams with industrial sponsors must get input on their documents prior to the deadline.
Please review the Capstone Poster Guidlines when creating your posters. Poor quality posters will reflect in your grade.
Your Capstone Senior Design experience is an important part of your engineering education. In order to assist you and your team with your final deliverables submissions, we’ve created this guide for you to follow.
|Document||File Title Format||File Type||Final|
|Abstract||BME101_Final_Abstract||Word (.doc) or PDF (.pdf)||BME101_Final_Abstract.doc|
|Poster||BME101_Final_Poster||PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF (.pdf)||BME101_Final_Poster.pptx|
Some of you may be using Google tools to collaborate on your project deliverables. Please remember to “download as” and select one of the file types listed in the chart above. Be aware that this may modify your formatting. You should review and revise your document once you have downloaded it in the appropriate file type prior to submitting it. Be mindful of naming a document as “Final” if it is not the document you wish to submit for a grade.
