If you are a foreign national, and you would like to participate in AEGD you must obtain SCIS employment authorization on your own. Examples of USCIS employment authorization that could be used to participate in AEGD include: US Permanent Resident Card (green card) or an Employment Authorization Card (EAD) issued in connection with a pending green card application, asylum application, or Optional Practical Training, etc.
