COVID vaccination will be required for all students who will be on campus for any reason (excluding those with religious or health exemptions).
At this time, immunization services are available by appointment only. Please call MCV at 804-828-9220 and Monroe Park at 804-827-8047 to schedule an appointment. Immunization hours are Wednesday & Friday mornings (10am - 12pm) at our MCV location and Monday & Wednesday afternoons (2pm - 4pm) at our Monroe Park location.
Once the situation has improved, email notifications will be sent to students with missing immunization requirements.
Free flu shots are now available to students by appointment only beginning September 28. Call the Monroe Park Campus at 804-827-8047 or the Health Sciences (MCV) Campus at 804-828-9220 to schedule an appointment. Due to COVID-19, no walk-ins will be accepted.
The flu vaccine is safe, effective, and does not cause the flu. All students are encouraged to complete the flu vaccine, especially those at high-risk for flu complications (eg. those with asthma, diabetes, HIV, etc.).
The human papillomavirus or HPV is the most common sexually transmitted infection. HPV infections can lead to genital warts or certain cancers, including cervical cancer and anal cancer. Protect yourself by completing the Gardasil (HPV) vaccine series (3 shots over 6 months). The program for free or discounted Gardasil vaccines is no longer available through Student Health at this time. If you need assistance with the cost of the vaccine, please visit merckhelps.com.
If you are getting an error message when logging into the Web Portal, this is because your information is not yet accessible in our system. Please allow up to 5 business days after completing class registration to access the Portal.

Students who have submitted a copy of their vaccine records to Student Health may view and/or print their records and vaccine titers at their convenience through the Student Health Web Portal.
