VCU is proud to host one of the most prominent and long-established neurotrauma programs in the world. We collaborate across myriad specialties including trauma surgery, anesthesiology, critical care, nursing and clinical pharmacology to provide unparalleled care for patients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes and other neurological emergencies.
The Department of Neurosurgery continues to build upon its legacy as a leader in neurotrauma and neurocritical care.
