Charlie Schmidt is a lawyer with his own practice that provides sliding-scale and pro bono legal services in the areas of Criminal Law, Family Law, Family Estate Planning, Small Business and Nonprofit Services, and Public Advocacy.  His work focuses on the marginalized populations of race, class, and gender minorities, while identifying and advocating for larger social justice concerns within the community.

He currently teaches Women and the Law and has taught topics courses on Political Theory and Public Choice.
