VCU is pleased to offer a relocation program for current and prospective university employees, utilizing relationships established with two local real estate firms, Joyner Fine Properties and Long & Foster. VCU's relocation program is dedicated to providing new and current VCU employees with quality service in all areas of destination services. In addition to options such as overview tours, drive-around rental assistance, and lending services, employees of the university also have access to financial incentives and real estate services.

Joyner Fine Properties and Long & Foster are established real estate companies with years of experience in the Richmond region. Their relocation teams will help to assess your specific real estate needs and expectations, assist in maximizing the benefits of their preferred client status, and will be advocates through all the details of real estate transactions. Annual security and fire safety report

Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) is committed to assisting all members of the community in providing for their own safety and security. As required by federal law (The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, 20 U.S.C.1092(f), known as the “Clery Act”), the university publishes an Annual Security and Fire Safety Report, which contains information regarding campus security, crime reporting policies, personal safety and crime prevention, and fire and crime statistics for our various campus locations.
