Acceptable documentation includes, but is not limited to birth certificates, adoption certificates, health care insurance information, or tax returns.

The sponsoring member can pay monthly through automatic recurring credit card charges or annual lump sum payments. With a purchase of a membership, a key fob will be issued for members to gain access to the gym facilities. For additional information, please contact the membership office.
