Fitness and Wellness
Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness level or learn a new skill, we have a variety of courses that are perfect for any level and experience. Most courses take place for six weeks in total and meet twice a week. Our instructors and trainers are highly experienced and knowledgeable to help you achieve your goals, and have fun while doing it! Register for any of our programs via MyRecSports Portal.
