Technology Support Services


Technology Support Services provide technical support and services to the Division of Student Affairs staff through the DSA help desk and VCU students through the Resnet help desk.


For Students

Get help with accessing the VCU network, virus removal, reinstalling operating systems and other services.

Submit a Resnet Ticket


For Faculty and Staff

Get help with technology purchasing, equipment loans, new user accounts, and other technology-related services.
