The campus experience is different than it was before the COVID-19 crisis. We all — the university, the students and the faculty and staff — have a role to play in fostering a safe campus during COVID-19. As guidance, best practices and circumstances evolve, changes in operations, modes of instruction and services at the university may be required. This website serves as your hub for the latest information and resources.
VCU continues to offer a number of on-campus vaccination opportunities by appointment.

See additional details about VCU's strategy for reopening in our VCU Return to Campus Plan . This plan has been reviewed by the State Council of Higher Education and has been found to be compliant in containing the required components of the "Higher Education Reopening Guidance," which was developed in consultation with the Virginia Department of Health.
The spring 2021 semester began Jan. 25. To mitigate the spread of COVID-19, VCU will not have spring break but instead will hold reading days on Feb. 23 and March 24. Classes will end May 5 for the Monroe Park Campus and May 7 for the MCV Campus, with exams to follow.
