Reporting process

Process for students

Students who develop symptoms consistent with COVID-19, test positive for COVID-19, or have been informed they need to isolate or quarantine, must contact the VCU COVID-19 call center at 1-804-MYCOVID or 1-804-692-6843 to be connected with Student Health Services.

Student Health Serivces will provide additional instructions regarding testing, isolation and/or quarantine. Symptoms will be monitored and the student should refer to a medical provider if symptoms worsen.
