Mental Health Screenings

Behavioral health – which includes mental health, substance use, and more – is a key part of your overall well-being. Brief screenings are a quick and helpful way to determine if you or someone you care about should connect with a behavioral health professional. The screenings we offer, accessible by the link below, are completely anonymous and confidential. Immediately following the brief questionnaire you will see your results, recommendations, and key resources.

Screenings are designed to give helpful information but are not a substitute for receiving a diagnosis from a trained mental health professional. If you would like to speak with a counselor based on the results of your screening, please reach out to us for an appointment.
