Mohs Micrographic Surgery

Developed by Frederic Mohs, M.D. in 1938, Mohs micrographic surgery is the most advanced and effective treatment for skin cancer, providing a cure rate up to 99%.

The Mohs technique involves the conservative removal of the skin cancer with maximum preservation of normal tissue. The tissue is examined microscopically, and once the cancer has been completely removed, the wound is closed to provide optimal cosmetic result.

Our surgeons operate in a state-of-the-art surgical suite with a comprehensive histology lab and a full team of skilled nurses and assistants.
