Research and Mentoring (RAM) Opportunity

RAM Opportunity will not host programming for summer 2021. If you have any questions, please email

RAM Opportunity is a mentoring and experiential learning program designed to serve high school students in the local community through a 1:1 research program led by graduate student mentors. This program encourages participation from VCU graduate students across disciplines. Each graduate mentor will design a new or develop an existing research project for the mentee.

This two-week summer research and mentoring initiative seeks to engage VCU graduate students with the broader community. It is an opportunity for area high school students to learn more about research and connect with VCU students and faculty. To provide a robust experience we invite you to participate in a unique opportunity to partner with the Graduate School.
