The Center follows VCU's operating schedule. If VCU does have a delayed opening or school closing, then confirmed sessions will need to be rescheduled. Due to COVID-19 precautions, our Center is operating under limited room occupancy capacity and require personal protection equipment (PPE) to be worn, at all time. Our Center VCU COVID-19 policy.
We have 5 rooms that will accommodate up to 6 people each. Please contact Liz Fredericksen-Trent, our Operations Manager or Chase Shaffer, our Program Coordinator, for room availability.
Our Education Specialists, Cheryl Bodamer and Kristin Canipe, will help you design your session to fit within our COVID precaution guidelines.
PPE guidelines require that ASTM Level 3 masks be worn at all times. A 6 foot social distance radius is required when on campus. Face shields must be worn when in session and when the 6 foot radius is and will be broken during a simulation.
We reserve the right to halt a simulation when COVID-19 safety practices are not being adhered to.
