This change password option does not work on regular eID (username) accounts. Only users who have had an account manually created in the system can change their password using this method. For example, only accounts that start with rrtc_, ca_, fs_, etc.
All other users must go to to Reset your Password or contact the IT Support Center to change their password.
1. From the global navigation menu, click Settings, and then click Personal Information.
2. Click Change Password.
3. Type a new password. The password must be at least one character and contain no spaces.
4. Type the password again to ensure accuracy.
5. Click Submit.
