Procedure Statement and Purpose:
The purpose of this procedure is so that organizations will not be deleted without the permission of all leaders enrolled.

Procedures:
If an organization has more than one leader, then all leaders must agree to delete the organization. If the other leaders are no longer at the university and or cannot be reached, the leader requesting that the organization be deleted will need to change the role of those who cannot be contacted and enter a ticket requesting that the organization be deleted.
An organization will not be deleted without confirmation from all leaders agreeing to the deletion.
