Use the form provided on the Zoom Support site to enter a ticket with your contact information and a description of the issue you’re experiencing. A Zoom support rep will follow up with you to resolve the issue.
Visit itsupport.vcu.edu and create a ticket under “Collaboration and Communication > Web Conferencing > Zoom”. Your issue will be addressed by a member of the Technology Services Zoom team.
