I am a clinical psychologist with specialized training in behavioral medicine in both pediatric and adult populations. I have fifteen years of experience developing and implementing lifestyle interventions for the management of obesity and other chronic diseases, with a particular emphasis on the transition from adolescence into early adulthood. My program of research focuses on understanding the interplay of contextual, psychological and behavioral determinants of obesity and chronic disease, and developing novel lifestyle interventions to promote physical and psychological health.
