Research description
1. AHRQ R18 to help 150 primary care practices better screen and counsel about unhealthy alcohol use. 2. GIS and claims data tools to understand delivery of healthcare, disease prevalence and outcomes, and social determinants of health.3. Anticipating patient cancer screening decision needs and sending them conversation aids to help promote shared decision-making.4. R01 to help identify unhealthy behaviors, mental health needs, and social risks and create care plans to address these root causes of poor health.
