Kelsey Cheshire is responsible for providing course-integrated library instruction and specialized reference consultations for the VCU School of Social Work and the department of Sociology. This work includes developing and fostering strategic relationships with faculty and students in areas of her liaison responsibility in order to inform the design of services and promote stewardship.

Her research interests include critical and feminist pedagogy, information literacy, and assessment.

Previously, she served as Behavioral Sciences Librarian at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
