Students can check out laptops using their VCUCard at the IT Support Center on the lower level in Cabell Library.

Software includes Microsoft Office 2016, Respondus Lockdown for secure remote testing, Skype, GIMP image editor, Audacity, Logger Pro, Microsoft Magnifier, and statistical, mathematical, and scientific software such as SAS, SPSS, Mathematica, STATA and JMP via App2Go.
The Assistive Technology Room has software for vision-impaired users.
Macs are on the second floor of Cabell Library and have Microsoft Office 2016, GarageBand and iMovie installed.
Affordable or free print, scan, copy, fax services are available.
Microform viewers are available on the third floor of Cabell Library and in the Multimedia Collaboration Room at Tompkins-McCaw Library.
